接着请教报税问题：买房时自己的realtor反的credit怎么报？

买房时我的realtor本来应该拿3%的commission， 但是只拿了1%，反给我2%, 反映到HUD-1上是credit。这个怎么报？算income？还是从买房的base cost里扣除？

感觉报税很复杂，坐等坛上的大拿们解惑。
