救了卖家：又搞了个没人要的房子

2000尺的老房子，卖家去年4月12万5买来装修了一波。

装修如下：

1.  New siding

2. Some new roof

3. New vinyl floor and carpet

4. New bath and kitchen (small).

5. New painting

 

房子还是有硬伤的。2楼只有2个房间有暖气。完全没有空调，

暖气是这种。有钱人看到这样的房子as-is，肯定不想买。

他装修这些2万5应该不够。卖给我15万，肯定是没赚钱。我给他Offer，砍了17%， 没有抵抗就签了。看来他很desperate，我救他出火坑。
