roof company 还是chimney company？是一回事吗？谢谢

烟囱边漏水，是应该找roofer 还是 chimney guy？

找了个roofer，报价如下：

The total for the repair would be $1,400. This would include removing chimney flashing, shingles, and underlayment around chimney and installing new chimney flashing, ice & water shield, and shingles around the chimney.

还有，我可以要求来修理的人给我看看是否有保险吗？
