怎么证明房子没有贷款？

正在买一个房子，贷款公司要我提交证明某房子没有贷款。本来我都没把这个房子填进去，但是他们一做title search就跑出来了。
以前做贷款出来没有人叫我证明这个。如果有贷款不是就会在credit report上面吗？不在上面就是没有贷款，我怎么证明我没欠别人钱？
