没有好deal。这个resturant能有啥可行的方案?

1.  8000sqft resturant in a rural rual area. A small small town only has 400+ people. Population is growing from 270 10 years ago. 离我这里的大城市中心23迈，离城市边缘12迈。桌子椅子，厨房等都一起卖的。简单的投入和修缮就可以直接经营。

3. City only allows commercial usage. People can live there in the second floor for the same owner who runs business.

4. Close to highway exit. 5 miles away from major warehouse area including amazon.

 

如果能租出去，租金低一点都可以的。
