旧话重提：开个管理公司

现在的想法是：先考Broker license, 这样才能开管理公司，然后请个W2的员工。 这样自己就从出租房管理解脱了。可行吗？是不是度有点太大？

难度1: 考Broker 现在还不够资格。需要20个transactions.  还是挺头疼的。

难度2:开公司招W2也不容易， 大家给点建议。
