请教两个修房子的问题。上次有人问repointing的报价，是多少来着？

我现在有个 brickhouse，两层楼，整个一面墙，需要repointing. 要搭脚手架。

然后换整个roof，房子1500sq ft. 还有分开的车库的roof，木头烂掉了一些。再加一些insolation。报价19，000.

我以前换了一个很小房子的roof，另外一个contractor收了7000刀。那个地方不知道为啥换roof那么贵。

 

两个问题：

1）repointing 的价格要是8000刀，我觉得整个报价就还很合适。记得前两天有人讨论过repointing 的价格。我这个合适嘛？

2）他说是rubber roof。。我好像只做过asphalt shingle，没听说过rubber。新材料嘛？
