本人这些天百无聊赖，髀肉复生啊

不刷墙，不爬梯子，得想法锻炼不然要发胖了。。。

每天先走5公里，回家拉一百遍弓。。。

这周末出租房干点零活，大概半天打发了。剩下的时间回家擦玻璃。。。
