房客要求付旅馆费减房租

我一个condo楼上厨房漏水，把屋顶搞湿了，HOA 会派人来修， 现在房客说在修理的几天要住旅馆，要求减这几天的房租，还要我付旅管费，请问我应该付旅馆费吗？HOA master insurance will cover this? 谢谢
