天花板上这个灯应该怎么装才好看一点？

洗手间外过道的顶灯。天花板上的那个洞是6英寸。
是应该拿掉那个灯泡，装6英寸的recessed ceiling light吗?
象链接里面的这种？要把天花板上原来的那个圈rim去掉才能装吗？
