看到挺多人做地主投资, 要和各路人和事打交道, 真是好历害. 自知是怕麻烦想简单省事, 是做不了这行.

 

最喜欢和适合的工作是在好公司的R&D做science, 工作条件好, 时间自由, 工资待遇高, 尤其若是每年公司给挺多的restricted stock. 即能做喜欢的事, 还能挺轻松的积累资产, 若是双职工且投资把握好 (long term investing with aggressive portfolio, not day trading or constantly gambling on the high flying individual small caps), 到50 岁家庭净资产可能达到美国top 1% . 且同事绝大多数是高学历. 当然在人才济济的地方想发展好, 除了有强的technical skills, 好的interpersonal skills 也很重要.

 

下一步人生计划, 是去找到合适喜欢的退休地方 ( warm weather, no estate/ inheritance tax, etc.)
