Cash Is King

最近这些失败的 offers, 除了不够 strong以外，原因肯定有不是 cash offer. 下面的讨论让我想起好像有一种 操作： 

自己 cash 买下， 再贷款，有没有这种做法？ 有的话， 有什么代价？
