碰到 zoning 难题了

两个房子在一个lot, septic and well. zoned commercial. 

屋主和她儿子一直住在那里。已经当作residential property用了很多年。

如果rezone to residential，会有很大的问题。

1.  duplex 需要两个房子相连

2. single family 需要 单独的 septic or public sewer.
