用水量大增之谜：求解

住温哥华西大学区一老房。管理办公室每三四个月查一次水表，送一个账单。

最近一次账单是去年同期的三四倍，尽管同样的人口和用量。

把以前的账单找出来对比一下，发现用水量大增：

查表日 / 平均用量（每日立方米）：

Dec. 31, 2019 / 1.04

May 31, 2020 / 1.27

Sept. 30, 2020 /2.25

Dec. 31, 2020 /3.60

家里转了一圈，没发现哪儿漏水。我想也许地下管道漏水？可每天三立方米是个不小的量。难道都流进了太平洋（旁边是海边公园）？

大家有何高见？（院子里的灌溉水是另外的系统/水表）。
