财富的增长速度的讨论

蒙牛的一贴“我觉得富人变得更富很容易，穷人变富人很难”看似有道理其实是错误的。

原因有三：

1. 首先net worth的增长应该按百分比来比较而不是绝对值。

2. 财富的增长其实只有前期是最快速的。后面会变慢。下面的表格是美国个人资产净值在各个年龄段的统计。

从25-44岁是财富增长最快的阶段。45岁-54岁这10年是年富力强的10年，按理应该是赚钱的黄金年龄，但是财富的增值是比较慢的 （22%和18%）。如果说100万是富人，人的财富在55-59岁到100万后，只有很少的增长。当然这里面有因为财富自由而退休的因素。

3. 从人的能力而言到了一定的程度就很难再超越了。比如说，做小地主。从管理1个到管理10个房子，大家业余就能胜任，但是管理100个肯定非得全职才行。所以当遇到发展瓶颈之后发展速度一定会受到影响。只有少数的人能够突破瓶颈进入下一个台阶。
