房客申请人欠债及collection很多，FICO Score为什么还740？

犹豫中，可考虑吗？Any inputs are appreciated!

房租：$3600。淡季，很难找房客。

申请人说因工作从外州要搬来，但两份工作的地址都不在目标城市呀！

他自己提供了Experian's Credit Report.

有19个Credit Hard Pulls. 今年3月，去年11月，10月有Tenant Screening pulls,2020一月有两个mortgage inquiries。

有如下over 6 months past due CLOSED accounts:

first premier bank - $686

Santander Consumer - $9,254

Verizon Wireless - $383

有如下collections:

CKE Prime Investment - $790

Jefferson Capital - $1,899

LVNV Funding - $932

LVNV Funding - $1,359

Portfolio Recov - $1,713
