你卖房的时候就应该写明Buyer Must Honor Current Lease。你现在除了赔钱给Tenant，没有什么选择。

在FL能租得起3000一月的租客，应该不是低端人口。人家肯定都搞清楚了，决定权在他手上。

租给Family的Lease上我都会写上：

TERMINATION UPON SALE OF PREMISES. Notwithstanding any other provision of
this Lease, Landlord may terminate this lease upon sixty (60) days’written notice to Tenant that
the Premises have been sold.

租给学生的就不能写了，半途赶走学生太缺德了。
