在中西部， 五月底合同到期， 不搬不交钱。 六月十六日file eviction。 七月16日 hearing， 定八月六号开庭。 又接到挑战， 开庭退后到八月25号。 昨天租客打电话 发照片 说下水管道堵塞， 地下室反脏水。没回他， 他说要告到health department去。 问题- 这是我现在必须修的吗？如果不修 会影响court结果吗？告到health department的后果是什么？ 谁有这样的经验 指点一下。 谢谢
