向AB1436说NO!!!

2019年出生的AB1436提案是加州地主的噩梦， 8月14号，该提案又有更改。

条款中，“The bill would prohibit a plaintiff from bringing an cause of action to recover COVID-19 rental debt until 12 months after the end of the covered period. 15 months after the date the COVID-19 state of emergency terminates or April 1, 2022, whichever is earlier” 等在一些特殊情况下，基本断了地主们2年的租金。
