请教如何拒绝租客? 我的代理和三合租退伍军人的申请人发了短信对德牧有担心,结果对方的代理(是其中一个退伍军人)回电邮了

I sent a text earlier today, but I am still hoping to gain a better understanding of the reason for disapproval.

 

I understand that there is concern regarding the pet and I understand that pet approval is based on a case by case basis, which is included on the MLS.  What is concerning to me though is that there is no criteria to determine pet approval.  Additionally, I'm concerned because I did notice during my showing  that the current tenants also have a pet which I'm led to believe that the pet is public knowledge since you were present at the home prior to myself and my client viewing the home on Wednesday, July 8th.

 

I do not wish to make any assumptions, therefore your clarity would be greatly appreciated.

 

现在的租客是偷养狗, 和我解释是她爸的小狗,就在她那几天.

 

看起来这个申请人很麻烦. 房子在德州, 不回信可以吗?还是要查三退伍军人信用? 谢谢!
