YES, the options disclosed must match the type of transaction – fixed or adjustable rate – for all 3 Options. Different products and terms can be listed - for example, the fixed rate options offered to borrower may include a 15 yr fixed; 30 yr fixed; and/or a FHA fixed loan product (products where borrower is likely to qualify). The options listed must include the product with the LOWEST Interest rate; the LOWEST FEES (origination / fees / costs / discount points); and LOWEST interest rate without risky features.
