I want to see how CrowdStreet works.

I invested $50K in the MMP Hosiptal project listed on CrowdStreet in 2017Q4

I also met with Crowdstreet personnel.

Crowdstreet is a match maker and does not know the GP well.

Crowdstreet web platform serves as LP's forum/blog and stores the investment document online.

Crowdstreet will not help with the foreclsoure process if the project go south.

This means LPs have to join together to start the legal process.

The MMP Hospital project is very successful and is also happened to be in the Opportunity Zone.

GP sold the project 2019Q4 prematuely before complete and delay cash payout until last month.

I think I got $60K plus change.

顺利好賺的项目,GP大赚。若項目出问题，LP一邦人要自己联络找律师处理。風險回報不好。
