最近HUD关于60天内 suspending all foreclosures and evictions 的规定，房客有空子钻

我一月份通知房客涨房价，他们不搭理我，上周我已通知房客走人，有朋友跟我说川普签了个行政命令，说60天内不准赶人，者是否意味着房客有空子可钻，可以不交房租占用房子60天。
