Meet Kevin continues to focus on real esate, doing flipping, brokers, rentals, and seeling his courses. (Gramham sell his courses as well but not as focused as Meet Kevin).
From personal growth perspective, both are extremely succeesful.
From making money perspective, it seems Granham is making more money now. But once Meet Kevin found a way to unlock the power of finance to expand his real estate bsuiness, he will do very well.
There is another guy in Canada, Matt McKeever. His shows are also good, but the best parts of his shows are his guest Kasey Wong. I really admired Kasey.
