换屋顶

在东部大城市。房子2600 呎。屋顶有二十多年年了想换。要了几个报价，正经公司要两三万。有个正在邻居家干的roofer才要一万。Contractor说便宜的没保险也不正规，质量堪忧。roofer的专业性很强吗？没保险是件大事吗？价格差太多了。如果用便宜的，怎么样确保质量呢？先谢了！
