噻，这次碰到一个难缠的，eviction居然输了，还要接着赶

  碰到过难缠的职业租客，没想到这次来了一个超级职业租客，居然每次出庭而且各种狡辩。我因为只用了律师出席本人没出席，输了case被dismiss。继续赶，下次一定出席at any cost。豁出去了，涨经验呀！

   赶了二十个栽了这么一次，好在总体上租客质量越来越好。发现60岁以上的拿Pension的白老头比较靠铺，比老太婆少事。 有一个房子我免了一个roofer一年租金大概6k左右他帮我搞五个roof，我认为赚了
