1. 1 Frenched Rack of Lamb （2 lbs) : chop into individual pieces 
2. 1 Tbsp corn starch, 2 tsp cumin powder, 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 chili powder : mix together.

• Set oven on Broil for 8 minutes 
• Broil 8 minutes: put meat pieces vertically 
• Broil another 5 minutes: set meat pieces flat
