先祝各位节日好。上个月出租房找砍树公司砍掉一棵40尺高的死树，砍树公司将砍下的大段木头（2-4尺长）全部留在原地，但是合同上写的

Take down tree(s) removing resulting branch debris, cutting
resulting wood into fireplace lengths and piling near base of tree.
Flush cut stump(s) as close to ground as practical with a chainsaw
(+/-4 inches)
Located at the right side of the house

我能跟他们打官司吗？谢谢。
