最近又想争取着给condo凿个洞装gas dryer vent .管理的拿到board 去批,今年拿到

的答复是这样的：

 

 

The rooms that house the hot water heater require air that is drawn in to the heating unit. The washer and dryer in the small room does not work in the units that have the hot water heater. One of the board members put one in his unit , which housed the shared hot water heater and it screwed up the hot water heater completely so that he had to remove the washer dryer.

热水是包在condo fee 里的,所以额们这边有个可以关上门的小房间放这个tankless hot water heater  和隔壁共享热水。

就是想知道这段话有没有道理？当然也不会和他们硬争...
