Updates to our Borrower Payment Dependent Notes (BDNs)

We are writing to inform you that we will no longer list new Borrower Payment Dependent Notes (BDNs) for investment as of September 30, 2019, and will replace the offering shortly thereafter with a new investment opportunity that we believe will better benefit our investors.

Please note that nothing will change with your current outstanding investments, as we will continue to service them until resolution. Additionally, you will continue to receive payments pursuant to the terms of your BDN(s) until the BDN(s) are satisfied, and you will still be able to access information about your BDN(s) in your LendingHome Investor Dashboard.

Coming soon, our new offering will be an opportunity for accredited investors with taxable accounts to invest in short-term, unsecured notes, that will pay a 4-6% APR interest with a 90-day term. In today’s low interest rate environment, this will provide our investors strong returns for a short-term investment, as well as increased certainty on the length of the investment with a fixed duration. For those looking for a longer horizon investment, we anticipate introducing a second offering at 8-10% APR over an extended duration in the near future.

With LendingHome’s continued growth, recently surpassing $4 billion in originations for over 20,000 fix-and-flip projects and soon introducing rental loans into our product offerings, we are excited to launch these upcoming offerings that allow our investors to grow alongside of us.

We will continue to keep you updated on the launch of the new offering, which we anticipate will be ready for investment in late October 2019. At that time, we will email you with additional documentation and the opportunity to enroll.
