国内买国有土地是个好的投资吗？

这次回国，听说了买国有土地非常赚钱。这会是一个好的投资吗？家里领导一直坚信国内发展会更好，坚持给孩子落国内的户口。这样好还是不好？大家有什么看法？谢谢！
