非主流的商住房可以买吗？

半边是一个店面，有个卫生间，以前用作三明治店，另半边是个2室一卫，居家用的，两边总共800多英尺。 地点是在个三叉路口， 不在主干道上， 估计车流量不大，目测4-5个停车位，价格便宜。 这样的房子，会有人阻吗？目标人群会是什么？

Unique commercial/residential opportunity. Former convenience store/sandwich shop with access to house through back-entrance of store. House also has a separate front entrance.

Both have a new metal roofs.

Security system and cameras already installed.

Both store and house are on the same electric panel but separate meter can be added for the house if desired.
