她说她有realtor执照的，这是欺负我好说话啊， 按大家说的回她了：Pet rent is for the dogs normal wear and tear ,But  Dog pee is not 'wear and tear', it's damage and that damage comes out of your pocket。她也回信了说明白了，想想再决定。
