又是eviction record的问题， 坐标马里兰

上次问了一个什么时候产生eviction record的问题，有热情的网友回答说等上庭是，法官判决后就有。

明天就上庭了，如果法官判我们胜诉，那么租客就有eviction record. 如果租客在警察赶人之前就把欠租交齐，那么我们还有可能把他的eviction record去掉吗，如何操作？
