八卦一个男的给一个女的租房子

最近一个房子上市出租， 申请的人都不太好， 都有collection 历史， 倒是没有被eviction

有一个申请人， 赚钱和credit 都很好， 但他说是给朋友租的， 一个女的带两个小孩

男的愿意出钱付房租。

可以租给这个男的吗？ 这男的说他不住那里， 只帮付房租。这男的说他不住那里， 只帮付房租。说只是一般朋友关系. 

有什么问题吗？ 能租给他们吗？
