请教多单元房的贷款问题

最近对多单元房开始感兴趣，5-10unit的，通常这种房子银行要downpayment是不是比较高？20%不行？应该找普通的loan agent，还是找专门的commercial loan agent？还是直接找银行比较好？多谢！
