请坛子上的"专家"指点

我有一块地要卖.答应可以seller financing. 现在有个buyer要买但提出如下offer:

1) 24 months pay $xxxx per month

2) next 24 month pay $xxxxx per month

3) after 48 months, pay off remaining balance $xxxxxx plus entire interest.

 

我一直以为他要每月付本金加利息,没想到他要把利息全推到4年后.大家给参谋一下,这样做有什么问题. 谢了先!
