BACKGROUND SCREENINGS:

both have clean, solid screenings. Nothing to report. Nothing criminal whatsoever. Not even any traffic violations.

 

RENTAL VERIFICATION:

no late payments

They've been renting from the same landlord since 2015!!

no complaints from the landlord

they followed all of the rules

rated them as "good" tenants and a "beautiful family"

they gave proper notice to vacate

landlord would rent to them again if ever needed
