condo后院积水， 修理大概费用？

请人inspect了一个房子， 有一项：There is a negative grade from the north side and rear. Water is draining down the hill in the rear causing the fence damage and eroding the grass in the back and side yard. See photo. Additional drainage may be needed. 后院背靠一个小hill, 侧院邻居地势比较高， 下雨天的时候，后院和侧院积水严重，请问这个怎么解决？ 大概费用？如果实在太高， 准备退出了。
