My favorites are oat meals, also Dutch baby, bacon, waffles, omelets, egg Benedict, so much to choose. I don't really care or remember what Chinese breakfast is like, after living in America for 20 years. Dah, my daughter just called me 'Chinese woman,' with contempt to my stuffed steam buns. She is 8 years old and hates Chinese food of any sort.
I still like making steam dumplings occasionally. I don't care if other people in the family like it or not. Umm, yum. Even when my children dislike it, my baby boy spits it out.
That's not the food that everyone should like, like waffles and pancakes, bacons and sausages. Only your old Chinese mothers and grandmas do.
