Ingredients :
Egg 2
Green bell pepper 15g
Red bell pepper 20g
White button mushroom 15g
Potato 25g
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Method :
1. Cut green bell pepper and red bell pepper into small cubes; cut white button mushroom and potato into shreds
2. Beat two eggs
3. Heat a pan over high heat and add 1 tablespoon oil; stir fry all the veggies till they are cooked; add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, stir fry briefly to mix with other ingredients; add egg liquid and turn heat to medium-avoid to burn the egg; flip over to the other side when the bottom side of the egg liquid is cooked; It’s done when all the egg liquid is cooked
