枣泥和伍仁的碰撞 真是意想不到的好吃

 

误打误撞的做了这个惊喜款 枣泥五仁旋酥

单个旋酥馅料枣泥20g 五仁15g

枣泥是我喜欢的 用的是红枣250g 加水煮透 去核 用机器打碎再筛 放入锅中分次加入油40g 后加入麦芽糖 40g 炒至成纯正手工版枣泥馅料

五仁馅料用到了家里可以找到的各种熟果仁 果脯300g切成小碎块 

将蜂蜜25g 玫瑰酱20g 麦芽糖20g 砂糖10g 水35g 花生油30g 白酒4g 混合好 加入果仁 果脯搅拌均匀

将熟糯米粉45g 熟粉45g倒入搅拌均匀即可

制作方法可以参考我后面的彩虹旋酥

刚出炉就吃了一个 这味道绝了
