请教怎么增强体质

家里12岁男生，总是揉鼻子。。。。

从很小就开始了，各种医生都认为是过敏， 各种建议，各种用药，然后，他还是总是揉鼻子。。。早上起来问他早上好的时候，晚上睡觉道晚安的时候，收回的一个常常是我们的儿医戏称的 Allergy solute....

请教有什么增强体质的建议，儿医和中医的各种办法这么多年过去看上去都不怎么管用了，希望长得壮实一点能管用。
