行得路多终遇鬼

刚刚通知一个房客下个月不续合同, 结果这家伙先态度很好找我要了个 landlord reference letter, 掉头就给我发了一个很长的message: 抱怨一个户外的开放storage堆了一堆邻居修fence留下的一堆木头（搬进来前就在）影响他使用， 电插座不是新标准，charge房租wire费用等等。 要求退他两个月房租， 不然就去小额法庭告我，还要汇报消防部门， 让我不能再出租。大家建议下， 我应该如何对付？
