因为没有成立管理公司的话，我们

不能从the rentals under personal and under single member LLC（ours) 里收取管理费或相关的等等费用，只能从our realty trusts 里做1099。

我们2人都是全职地主，没有别的工作。

成立管理公司，可以从realty Trusts , personal and LLC even the properties under our relatives收取费用。
