还是 mold issue

新地主碰到了职业房客，screening 没有做好，现在的房客以前有eviction history 没查出来，签了两年lease，本来今天是到期日。这两年里不堪其扰，7月份就告诉房客不续租了，她立刻发了一个toxic mold 高的吓人的报告来威胁我，我自己做了两次test都是稍微高一点，跟她的数据差几千倍，显然是里面有猫腻。treatment 也做了，还付了20天的旅馆钱，然后还是继续威胁要告我，要求续租。

我找律师已经启动eviction, 房客在application 上有明显作假，serve 了30天 notice，现在lease 到期了她还赖在里面，本周五第一次上庭，求blessing。

screening 非常非常重要，这次教训惨痛........
