第一天俺是最高出价，价格一天没有变；

第二天一早网上价格压过俺 $2500, 上来请教再没有加价，价格也没有变化；

第三天一早有人加了$2500，最后45分钟有人加价$2500, 差10分钟俺进入加了$2500以为能拿到。还剩几十秒有人进入加了$2500.  自动延时3分钟，加价增幅减到$1000。 剩十几秒时俺又加了$1000, 网上说reserve meet，自动加时3分钟，没有人再出价，俺胜出。

之所以参加网拍是因为 1）市场上有利润的房子很难拿到，listing agent 掌握生杀大权，往往都有投资伙伴，上市就是走个过场； 2）forclosure 房子现在可拖上一年半载，现场只有20%房子可拍，还有title与lien 的风险。3）这个房子是REO，7月31日现场流拍回到银行，title与lien是安全的。4）拍卖的房子在俺熟悉的区，年代户型与俺的房一样多一间garage。5）目标低于市场26-36%，现金流增加$1200.
