在Zillow看到的月租， monthly rent, 怎么样知道如果年租（就是一年一年renew）是多少？

没租过房子， 求教！ 应该不是乘以12吧？一般年租/12 应该比月租便宜一些， 有什么可以参照的系数可查吗？
