My second child gets less attention than my 1st and 3rd

My first child is a girl and she is very smart so she gets to attend far more extracurricular activities than the second child, a boy. Of course the 3rd and youngest gets most of the care since he is an infant and a newborn baby. Sorry, middle child, we have loved you and still do but there's a limitation on money and time from parents. 

So parents do have preferences because they have only that much to give so fcfs.

Baby is the priority because it's essential for his survival . The three year old boy is much less important in the whole picture.
