出租房里奇怪的gas leak smell

这个房子现在空着，一部分energy是gas：stovetop 和 hot water heater. 我最先发现gas smell的时候是开厨房水龙头，没有用热水，但是有很奇怪的gas smell. 打电话给gas company，他们说找人过来，我没法等，他们在外面查不出来什么问题就擅自把gas关了。那是上星期的事了。今天有cleaning lady来，清洁的时候在powder room的水龙头放水时又闻到同样的gas味道。并且她没有在用热水。

CPS跟我介绍说gas pipe不是跟水管联通的，他们不信我的嗅觉。而且还说gas已经关掉了，不可能有gas leak，也不来看，有这样的公司吗？！

我现在担心以后租客入住，闻到gas怎么办？那时再找人看？烦人呢！
